I didn’t want to go to a therapist at first but knew I needed to. I met Kaitlynn and I realized that having a therapist was important during that time in my life. Her patience, advice, and kindness, were what I was looking for. If you have any doubt, or have suspicions, go to her.

I was a little hesitant to start my therapy journey again but I was referred to Kaitlynn through a friend and she has been wonderful. Probably the best experience with therapy I’ve had and I’m excited to continue on my journey with her!

Kaitlynn is an extremely skilled and knowledgeable provider. With her empathy and intellect, she arrives to sessions with a positive and supportive attitude always supplying clear and insightful evaluations when needed. Additionally, she consistently shows up on time with great attention making you feel valued and heard. I would highly reccomend her.
