I just had a great experience at Newton Dental Associates! Seriously, finding a place where everyone is genuinely friendly and helpful makes such a huge difference. The whole office staff was welcoming from the moment I walked in. I was taken right back, and Pauline, my hygienist, was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind, cheerful and engaging and the cleaning itself was easy. Also a big shout-out to Jenny at the front desk, too—she was amazing! I had just booked a regular check-up online, but she called me right away to ask if I also needed a cleaning (which I did, but hadn't realized I didn't book!). She was so friendly and easy to talk to, and they got me in just two days later. She also helped me at check out to determine the best course of action for whitening my teeth. It's refreshing to deal with people who act like they're happy to see you instead of annoyed. I'm so happy I found my new dental office!

Natalie was awesome at working with me during the cleaning and the whole process. Very helpful in answering questions. Dr. Parent was also great and I very much appreciated the dental care I received.

Everyone in this office is so lovely and cheerful! They were so welcoming, and offered to move my appointment so I could have enough time for the cleaning and x-rays + my consult with Dr. Parent on the same day! I had a great time with the dental hygienist, Natalie, and Dr. Parent made sure to explain everything on the x-rays thoroughly. Plus, if you need an orthodontist, they refer you to the one right nextdoor!
