Dr. Lee was very thorough and took the time to review the medical records I brought with me.
In addition to the prescriptions he suggested some lifestyle changes that would help my condition.
He was very easy to talk to about a difficult condition.
His medical receptionist was very professional and helpful.

Consultation appointment with Dr. Lee made for 9:45am. I arrived 9:35am and stood at the reception desk until 9:49am without being acknowledged. Dr. Lee and receptionist each passed by twice without making eye contact. At 9:49am the receptionist told me I could have a seat. At 10am the receptionist said thank you for waiting and asked me to sign paperwork, provide my drivers license and payment for the consultation. I asked if it is typical to keep their patients waiting to which the receptionist replied it was not and she is the only one there today. I told the receptionist I will find another doctor and told her she wasted my time and walked out. I can not review Dr. Lee as a doctor. This review simply speaks to the office’s lack of respect for their patient’s time. Yes, the receptionist did thank me for waiting however never apologized for the wait. The difference is subtle but there is absolutely is one. If you value your time, find a doctor that does as well.

I had an remarkable experience with Dr. Sandy Chan. She was incredibly patient and truly took the time to listen to all of my concerns without rushing. Her attentiveness made me feel heard and understood, which, as a patient, is extremely important. This is my first time in this office, and I must say the staff was incredibly helpful and polite. The front desk receptionist, named Charkrista, was particularly attentive and sweet. I was running a bit late for my appointment, but she made me feel so calm and reassured me to drive safely. She was so informative and gave me a break down on what I needed to do before my procedure day and the doctor I was seen by was doctor Eric Zhao and I would definitely recommend him to whoever that is wanting to see a Gastroenterologist he was so kind and listened throughly to my concerns made me feel heard and made sure we get everything I was feeling taken care of so I would definitely recommend this office.
