Next Level was founded by Dr. Juliet Breeze, who is also a mother. She experienced first-hand how challenging and expensive it can be to seek care for her injured son at a freestanding emergency room. Our story is for everyone. We know how overwhelming and costly medical issues can be. That’s why we’re here to make it easier for anyone who needs immediate care for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries. We’re here for you, just like we would be for our own family.

Once i was brought to the room and door was closed . The receptionist was asked by the provider what i was being seen for . She stated hemorrhoid and I could hear the nurses and providers laughing talking about how they didnt want to come in the room and seemed grossed out . Although the staff was nice once in my room that didnt change the fact that i was completely uncomfortable by what I just heard . Especially having a vulnerable thing to discuss. If someone having a hemorrhoid is that off putting I dont think healthcare is the field you should be in . Im sure there are worse things and even then you dont laugh in a setting like that .

I had an appointment for 9:45 am but was not put into a room until 10:45 am and then I had to wait for provider. She was by herself so I would suggest that, since your office is so busy, you should probably have more than one provider.
