Nexus LifeFit
At NEXUS LifeFit, I believe therapy should be a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and goal-oriented, with treatment tailored to your unique experiences, strengths, relationships, culture, and goals. I integrate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and strengths-based interventions. I work with teens, adults, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and communication challenges, ADHD-related concerns, stress, self-esteem difficulties, and major life transitions.
My goal is to help you better understand patterns in your thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and relationships while developing practical skills you can use in everyday life. I also provide support with medication management, including helping clients monitor symptoms, discuss medication-related concerns, and coordinate with prescribing providers when appropriate. I do not prescribe medication. Together, we can work toward healthier boundaries, stronger relationships, improved coping skills, greater self-awareness, and lasting personal growth.

Stephanie is amazing! Always makes me feel seen and heard.
CGVerified patient
My partner and I reached out to Stephanie to help us with the struggles of battling with unresolved relationship issues. It was very important for us both to find a counselor that was able to work at our pace & understand our specific needs & goals. Within the first session, she was able to quickly evaluate & accurately identify our underlying issues & offer practical tools that would be beneficial for us both. Her empathy and inclusiveness really made us feel comfortable in our decision & confident we found the right fit for us as individuals and as well as a couple.
