Nirvair Health and Psychiatry LLC
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is one of the primary evidence-based approaches I use in my practice to help clients identify and change negative thought patterns, emotional responses, and behaviors that may be contributing to anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, substance use, and other mental health concerns.
My experience with CBT comes from working with diverse patient populations in outpatient mental health, telehealth, and substance use treatment settings. I use CBT techniques to help clients develop healthier coping strategies, improve emotional regulation, challenge cognitive distortions, and build practical skills that support long-term recovery and wellness.
In my virtual practice, I take a collaborative and patient-centered approach, tailoring CBT interventions to each client’s unique needs, goals, and cultural background. I focus on creating a supportive and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring challenges and developing meaningful, sustainable changes in their daily lives.
