My insurance doesn’t cover acupuncture although I was given the impression by Zocdoc app that it was covered. When I got to the office I was told my insurance doesn’t cover acupuncture. The provider then ran through multiple payment options, plans & methods, emphasizing that if I paid in cash the cost is reduced. The provider really wanted to be paid in cash. The whole interaction truly creeped me out & I just walked out.

This is my first time going. I have had acupuncture before and had great relief from my pain. They are misleading also as to say the doctor will see me. Acupuncturists are holistic therapists. Told them I was still in pain when I walked out but their advice is 3 times a week the next month. I am a massage therapist and the massage I got after the acupuncture which I didn’t feel the needles was aweful. They did not even recommend anything to do or take. Will take my loss but I now understand why people are skeptical about doing holistic treatments and as a person in the business I know it helps a great deal. But this place is not it.

This place is fantastic. The acupuncturists are well knowledged and treat you with care and respect. The massage therapists always find the tight spots. You are treated like you are family. The place is clean and organized. A wonderful experience.

Scheduling the appointment was told my insurance was accepted, but the consultation was free. Ten minutes before arriving got a text indicating great news I can receive treatment. Arrived filled out all the paperwork, and was only then told my insurance wasn’t accepted. Super deceptive. Beware.

Great experience . But I was treated with acupuncturist Dr Suhi. She was very attentive to make sure I felt comfortable during the treatment .
I got massage by Tina. Very relaxing .
Overall it’s great service . I will come back for next treatment.

Although the office did not see my Zocdoc appointment they squeezed me in (had to wait 45 min) and I thought the doctor was very good and patient and the treatment really helped

Had to wait over an hour and a half for the appointment, only got 10 minutes of acupuncture - and even that, she only used 15 needles at .18mm; the minimum. After that, someone else came in to do a 20 minute message as the accupuncturist left the office. Then the front desk said she didn't know how to submit my claim for insurance - I ended up having to pay out of pocket and asking for a super bill. Horrible experience.
