I wanted to see a dermatologist and I booked an appointment for this specialty. However it turned out that NP Natallia Kleshchanka is a primary medicine and diabetes specialized, therefore she had no clue about treating the rash I had. She prescribed an ointment with higher steroids content and sent the prescription to my pharmacy until I would see a dermatologist. I went to the pharmacy about two hours later and disappointedly I found out that they never received any prescription for me. So, no medication. soon after that I emailed as well as left a voice mail for NP Kleshchanka, but as of today Sept. 4, no one as contacted me. Of course I am disappointed with the entire event.
