A friend recommended Acupuncture Remedies to me, so I gave them a try. I'm so glad I did! I was seen within a few short minutes of my arrival, and my acupuncturist Iris was very warm and personable, and really put me at ease when my nerves got the better of me. I thought the needles would be painful, but was pleasantly surprised to find that I needn't have been worried, as the treatment was quite comfortable! I was so relaxed, I could have stayed in my cozy room with the needles in place for a lot longer! Over all, it was a really positive experience on all fronts. I will definitely be back, and soon!

Today I had a wonderful acupuncture treatment with Iris. The space is beautiful, clean and convenient located. Iris was nothing but sweet and super good at explaining things. I've never done this kind of thing before, so as a first timer I'm happy to report back that I can't wait to do it again. I feel so relaxed now. And for someone who suffers from anxiety the way I do, this treatment gave exactly what I needed.

I had a fabulous experience today at Acupuncture Remedies. I would recommend Iris Netzer or any member of her team. They are very knowledgeable and especially very kind and polite. I've been a patient for over 4 years for lower back pain and recently for cosmetic facial treatments: Marcy is a delight to work with and is very informative.

I'm really sorry to have to write such a negative review about this practice. Marcy is great and was really helping me - but after receiving several unprofessional, condescending emails from this practice (about canceling appointments - I had to cancel 2 appointments day of, out of a total of ~25 that I had scheduled because I was in too much pain to go, and scheduling issues they blamed me for which were typically issues on their end because their calendar doesn't sync with ZocDoc or they inputted my appointment at the incorrect time, I will no longer be going back.
I have never received such harsh, paragraph-long emails or seen such a strict cancellation policy enforced by any medical provider, ever. Continuing here is definitely not worth feeling stressed out about ever potentially having to cancel an appointment within 24 hours and being charged $100. You would think in a place of business where the goal is to treat pain management and illness there would be some compassion and leniency. In the long run, you can really see how they don't value their patients at all seeing as they would rather collect a $100 cancellation fee vs. maintaining a life-long patient.
The practice itself is nice and again Marcy in particular is great - but I will not be returning to this practice ever again for the way I was treated. I will bring my business elsewhere to a practice that treats their patients in a more respectable manor.

Iris is the best. She's caring, open, and helpful. I always feel so relaxed after acupuncture, with an energy boost that helps me accomplish previously daunting tasks for several hours afterward. Then, I sleep like a baby for 8+ hours. Can't ask for more.

I have been seeing Iris and Kim (depending on the day) for the last few weeks due to extreme migraines. They are both professional and I have to say, my migraines are less frequent and my general headaches are less severe. I'm very happy with the progress we are making! I was so afraid to start acupunture at first due to a fear of needles but the pain i was experiencing was so bad i had to do something. Im glad i did!

I felt a reduction in my back pain the second the needle was inserted. Pain stayed away for days after. I also felt calm and relaxed from the treatment too. Highly recommend!
