We all are unique, and valuable... I have extensive experience working with teens, adults, seniors, and couples. Before becoming a therapist, I used my MBA working internationally and nationally in the I.T. world. I then used my business expertise to develop a licensed Learning Center for preschool children, a Center that focused on children with special needs. My passion for helping children, families and adults led me to become a professional counselor. I believe that effective treatment starts with a strong therapeutic relationship and I strive to create a collaborative partnership by exploration and development of my client's personal strengths. Using an eclectic approach to therapy, I tailor treatment by integrating elements of IFS, CBT, SFT, MI, EMDR, and DBT techniques. My areas of expertise include trauma, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, loss/grief, domestic violence, and life transitions.

I specifically filtered doctors that accepted medicaid, I waited all day for my appointment because it was at the time i usually go to the gym and then she tells me 5 mins after the appointment that she doesn't take my insurance and didn't even offer another option.
