I am a psychotherapist and psychoanalyst in lower Manhattan providing one-on-one sessions in the safety of a comfortable office. I also provide remote teletherapy sessions over zoom or phone. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, gender identity and dysphoria, and sexual trauma and abuse. I believe in the sanctity of the healing process and am here to offer a place of support amidst what can feel like an overwhelming world. I believe everyone is capable of healing and growth, and I help people learn to overcome limiting or fear-based thought patterns that keep them from discovering and realizing their most authentic selves. I am certified in Psychedelic Harm Reduction and Integration, and provide a judgment-free zone to talk about psychedelic experiences or other non-ordinary states of consciousness.
