Noel Integration
With more than two decades of experience, I offer psychotherapy and psychedelic/ketamine-assisted psychotherapy within a medical model. My work integrates mindfulness-based therapy, narrative therapy, somatic practices, trauma-informed care, and Brainspotting. I provide LGBTQIA+ affirming care and specialize in anxiety, depression, stress, and helping people move through periods of stuckness. Insight alone is not always enough; meaningful change often emerges through integration. I support clients in translating insight into lasting shifts using approaches grounded in experience and evidence.
