I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, as well as a National Certified Counselor through the NBCC. Through my own personal and professional experience, I deeply understand the importance of finding a safe and supportive space to work through the struggles of everyday life, as well as deeper, ongoing issues. I believe in the power of collaboration, authenticity, and mutual respect in helping people heal and reach their goals. My approach is compassionate and client-centered, focusing on building a strong therapeutic relationship with each client, and providing gender-affirming and neurodivergent-affirming care. My goal is to provide a comfortable, non-judgmental environment in which my clients can explore difficult emotions and learn effective coping strategies.
