Most relevant
I completed all paperwork and added my son's insurance through Zocdoc, but the practice uses an external system I was never told about. I had no idea I needed to check extra emails, so I missed my appointment. They then made me fill out extensive new paperwork in Word format just to reschedule. Very poor communication and unnecessarily complicated process.
