I’ve only had my first visit so far, but it was exactly what I needed. Betsy is great at listening, validating, and helping unpack things you may not have even realized you needed to get out. Her personality is bright and welcoming, which is a great contrast in comparison to other mental health professionals I’ve dealt with in the past. I can’t wait to continue my journey with her ??
