Wow! Today, I had the most incredible visit with Dr. Johnson. She was so polite and really listened to my concerns. I felt like my issues were acknowledged and she was proactive about helping me set up a plan to feel better. She took her time and answered any questions that I had. She was very gentle while performing a procedure on me and walked me through everything that she was doing. Overall, my experience was great.

I went for a simple ear cleaning, which ended up requiring multiple visits, resulted in a complication and ultimately needed to be handled by someone else.
Additionally, BCBS is listed as in-network on Zocdoc, but I was told when I arrived that's not correct (just that it would apply to my out-of-network deductible).

If you have any ENT related questions or concerns, I recommend speaking with Leyla. I felt very comfortable speaking with her about my symptoms and walked away feeling much better about my current situation.
The office is extremely clean and welcoming. My wait time was only a minute or so. It was a little hard to locate the office front door off of 5th Ave. I suggest an additional sign right outside the office door.

I was looking for an ENT to diagnose and treat a recurring cough, and this provider came up in my search. When the staff called to confirm my appointment, I was very clear about what I was experiencing and they asked questions about the details and duration of my symptoms. I thought we were all on the same page.
When I arrived, I saw that this was actually a plastic surgeons office, which was very surprising. The staff assured me that Dr Ong was an ENT and would be able to see me, but they were clearly not equipped to deal with a sick patient and made me feel extremely unwelcome and uncomfortable- loudly spraying the chair I used in the waiting room with Lysol and making me wait in a private room, although there were no other patients present.
I waited over an hour to see the doctor before I decided to leave. They finally admitted they didn’t have the tools to throughly examine and diagnose me, so I’m not sure why they even let me book… Huge waste of time for everybody involved.

Clean and luxurious facility with very efficient staff. I was greeted with a big smile and seen before my scheduled time.
The doctor- knowledgeable and honest. Explained everything in immense detail for me and provided an unbiased, fair and great recommendation for my next steps.
The office - explained all my out of pocket costs in detail so I had a full understanding of insurance and patient responsibility.

I came in with an acute middle ear infection just days before an international flight and was quite reasonably concerned. There was no wait time, and I was met with genuine kindness and understanding. I left with a clear treatment plan that put me completely at ease. I filtered my search for in-network doctors and was told the visit would be out of network and that the doctors were all surgeons affiliated with hospitals where perhaps they were in network, but that it didn’t cover the visit. Then I was seen not by the doctor who I booked but by a PA (who by the way was lovely and knowledgeable). In the end I felt I got good care by someone knowledgeable but certainly also left with a big feeling of getting baited and switched. Not sure who is at fault here (zocdoc or the provider) but not a great experience.

This review is not about the provider since I didn’t see the provider. It was about the experience. When I arrived, it seemed like they were unaware of my appointment. Then I was informed that I was out of network and I had to pay a fee. I ended up cancelling the appointment. I wish I was informed about this prior to traveling to the clinic - my time was wasted.
