I genuinely think Lauren is one of the best therapists in Utah. I’ve been to a lot throughout my life and she’s one that has actually made a difference for me. She not only is easy to talk to and is very empathetic, but she also has the expertise and tools that have made a lasting change for me. If you don’t know already about Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), then you should do a quick google search on it or ask Lauren about it because she does it in her sessions and it’s helped move my stuck anxiety and trauma to being released so I’m not held back by it anymore. I obviously have a lot to say about how great she is, but I highly recommend seeing or yourself. I’ve recommended her to some of my friends and family and they all have loved her!
