Lack of courtesy and respect to me. Exceptionally poor ‘bedside manner’ of clerical staff. They had no respect to me or my time. However, Dr. Boxer was extremely professional and respectful to me. However the clerical staff is my first impression which was poor.

My experience was amazing , the staff was so friendly and happy. I loved the energy they gave off. I was seen immediately , not a long wait at all . It was clear communication with my doctor and he explained things thoroughly. He was patient and on time and got me in and out. I will definitely recommend.

Dr. K Boxer and his staff were amazing. I came at time of my appointment and they were already ready for me, immediately taking me to the back for my eye exam. The entire process was quick but informative. The staff worked as a team to assess my needs. I interacted with at least 4 of the 6 staff members I saw available during my visit and it made me feel extremely cared for. The young lady that helped my purchase my glasses made me aware of all of my options with my insurance and gave me suggestions making sure I made the best decision that satisfied my needs but also considered my budget. I highly recommend his office and will definitely be back.
