This office is good at ensuring you have blood work and the many checks done. Once moving they are fast. They will however forget to call in prescriptions at times and may not communicate as well I am accustomed to.

I thought I had made this appointment with a Physician who had a understanding of Tick born Disease . He appeared completely lost when I gave my history of a Tick bite and subsequent illness . Extremely disappointing but , It's been my experience for the past 35 years .

Front desk lady was very rude and mad for no reason . I called few days later in the morning to confirm next appointment , it was 9am and you will think she will be in good spirits that early but no ! She picked up the phone didn’t say a word and I was like hello I need to confirm my appointment . she was so unfriendly yet again and made me feel like she was being bothered . Doctor was ok and lab lady was very nice . Wouldn’t spend my money there though .

He really helped me! He recommended me when we talked, gave me medication to help me, and made sure my appointment was scheduled right away! He also had a very nice staff!

Dr Iloh is a great doctor but when I call the front office about paperwork or ask questions, I get the runaround. The front office staff needs some work. People are leaving because of them, not the doctor.
