I feel very lucky to have found Dr. Kim. The pain I have been in has been debilitating, and one doctor has suggested disability. I have only had 3 treatments in 9 days and I can walk without dreading every step. I am so glad my husband thought of Acupuncture and that I found a practitioner that is so caring ,understanding and knew how to help me.

Dr. Creaven took time to listen to and understand my physical needs and prior treatments. She explained every action before implementation. She took time after the session to review post session expectations and self-care suggestions.
Also the reception (remote from the office I made my appointment to) was also very attentive: calling me to confirm appointment, calling to review insurance, explaining cost should insurance not cover and giving me the option to cancel should insurance not cover.
