I went here to get a simple pair of single focus glasses. They told me it should take a max of 2 weeks to get the glasses and that I would receive a call once they arrive. Two weeks go by, no call. I called them and was told they would come in the next day and I would get a call. Two days later, no call. It’s now three weeks out from my appointment and I called them to see where my glasses were that I paid for upfront. They tell me they broke the lenses and it has to get recut and picked up same day at a different location….which makes no sense because if I could have been cut in one day, it should have been available same day for pickup….and not 3 weeks later. When I picked them up from the new location, they didn’t even give me a case for my classes or cleaner…….they didn’t have an explanation or apology for my inconvenience. The lenses are cut so sloppily. Worst experience with an optometrist.
