Dr. seemed technically competent, but I felt he couldn't wait to get out of the room.
After I put my shoes on and left the exam room, I saw him chatting, socializing with a co-worker. I knew he didn't have another pt. as I had my choice of appointment times.
Given that it was a first appointment, and he had the time, he should have taken a hx. and tried to build some rapport.
He could have done more for me from a "medical" stand point, and at the same time taken a step towards retaining a new pt. I'm going to look for another provider. There are many podiatrists.

I have not heard back on the results from a very simple toenail analysis (said it would be 1.5 weeks and it has been 4). The appointment felt very rushed. Would not recommend.

Today was my first day seeing Dr Ziffra for consistent foot arch/heel pain (plantar fasciitis). The nice young lady at the front desk was prompt and cordial. The nurse who prepared me for the doctor was kind and caring, and Dr Ziffra himself was intellectual, informative, had a wonderful bedside manner and overall great vibe. I felt heard and taken care of from the minute I walked through the door to the moment I stepped out. The facility is accessible, clean, and peaceful. Definitely recommend. I’m happy I came here for my troubles. Looking forward to being back soon for follow-up. Thank you.

The doctor was very informative. I learned much more than I expected. He took his time to explain everything thoroughly, made sure I understood, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. Dr. Robert Ziffra was fantastic. He was incredibly careful throughout my procedure and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.
