She's warm and sharp in equal measure, and she catches me every time I try to deflect with a joke (which is often). She remembers the little things I mention in passing and connects them in ways I never would have. I walk out of our sessions with something useful to try that week, like practical coping exercises and real-world solutions, not just a nice hour of talking.
