Paul has been an invaluable resource for me. He helped me go from struggling with OCD symptoms everyday, seemingly all day, to managing it so much I feel like it isn't even a major issue in my life anymore. He is really practical and efficient, and the exercises we did, especially ERP, worked really well for me.
