Disappointed with my first visit with this provider, as I wasn’t shown my X-rays, there was very little communication, and my questions weren’t answered. The exam didn’t feel comprehensive, and despite mentioning jaw issues (clicking, pain), Dr. Lemmo never examined my jaw. She justt told to wear my retainer more at night. I was not made aware that this appointment wouldn’t include a cleaning, and now they’re booked for the rest of the month. Overall, I felt rushed and left feeling like I didn’t receive a thorough exam.
