Dr Butler took the time to listen to me describing my health issue. That was important to me. Then he took the time to explain to me what my current condition was and how to possibly fix it. He went over each prescription drug and how to self administer them. I received the care I was hoping to get.

From the moment I was brought in to the exam room by (I believe), Dr Garlich’s MA, I was treated with respect and friendliness. She did my assessment and put medicine in my nose. When Dr Garlich came in he was like a breath of fresh air. His personality was infectious. His ability to make me comfortable while treating me was amazing. I will definitely recommend Dr Garlich to all my neighbors needing an ENT.

Overall, the service was amazing today. I felt heard and supported, and they assisted me in working to find the truth. They actively helped me explore different ways of handling this problem and showed me various treatment options. They also recommended a scan to make sure they know exactly what they’re dealing with, as well as a follow-up on this situation. The doctor’s office called me right away to check in. I would recommend this office and staff to anyone who values their health.

The reception staff were nice enough, but the check-in process took quite a long time (20 minutes) considering I had already completed a very long pre-appointment survey. It was 45 minutes after my appointment time before Dr. Callahan came in the examination room. He was very nice and friendly and listened to me. He explained his findings and suggested modifications to my meds and lifestyle. He also recommended getting an MRI to confirm my condition. He was not rushed or dismissive. I would definitely recommend Dr Callahan to my friends.
