From the moment I walked in, the entire staff—from the front desk team to the physical therapy specialists and the doctor—made me feel truly welcome. Each member of the staff listened to my concerns and addressed them, answering all my questions and assisting me in getting started with the treatment plan I needed to relieve the constant pain. I was treated like a patient, not just a number (which is not always the case in doctors' offices lately). Their warm and friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere. They were approachable and kind and conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism, ensuring that every aspect of my visit was handled with care and efficiency. Their attentiveness and dedication to providing top-notch service made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. I can't say enough good things about this whole office.

i was happy with the visit. very thorough and my questions were answered. the initial x-ray was helpful. i was give a few treatment options to choose from as the next steps which i have chosen from. have a follow-up in a month.
where i was disappointed was with the insurance coverage. i was told it was in network and when i got there they said they don't accept any insurance. i hope my insurance is enough to cover the fees.

As a new patient I found Dr. Hsu to be very welcoming. His kind manner put me at ease immediately. In order to see what was going on with my shoulder he administered an x-ray and did an ultrasound. Dr. Hsu then took the time to show me the results of each test and explained in detail everything that the tests revealed. I was comfortable asking questions, and Dr.Hsu answered them in an easily understandable manner. My time with the doctor was more than adequate and at no time did I feel rushed. Great doctor, great appointment. Highly recommend!

Took a while to complete my intake paperwork as a new patient, but that was the only small negative of the visit. Staff were all very nice and helpful and overall I was happy that I went. Dr Hsu has treated both me and my wife on a number of occasions, and we both rely on his skill and judgment. No matter how busy he may be, he always takes the time to listen to your concerns. He also clearly explains the options for treatment that may be open to you, and why he is recommending a particular one.
It's a tremendously comforting feeling to leave a doctor's office feeling you are being taken care of.
