They are a very friendly and compassionate team. I didn't see the doctor I booked with, (through zoc doc) but they put me with NP Elenora, and they assured on the phone prior to my visit that anything the doctor could do for me, she could as well. I let them know i am on medications, & was under care of my previous neurologist for 13 yrs.
NP Elenora goes out of her way to figure out any possible way she can help you as long as you keep an open mind she keeps just as open of a mind. From medication to what works or hasn't worked she has great communication, and I was left with the feelings that she genuinely is trying to help me however she can. I'll leave you guys with this: I told NP Elenora I couldn't get into a pain management Dr for 12-18 months with my insurance (emblem) and that I had called over 50 doctors offices! Before I got to the front desk, they were aware and were calling a number of pain management offices for me. The transition felt seamless from doctor to doctor.

I made an appointment to see dr Omar Ahmed,/a male doctor. Waiting in office for see the doctor, a female called my name and followed her in her office thinking that she will be taking my vital.
She starting asking the reason for my visit. I told her I am here to see Dr. Omar Ahmed/a male doctor that I did a review on. She then told me that the Dr will not be in today and she is filling in for him. I then told her that I never do a review on her and I will not allow her to treat me. I also told her that they should no bill my insurance and left.
The office never called me and informed me that the doctor will not be in, I showed up to the appointment and the front end person allow me to fill out form and never mentioned that Dr Omar Ahmed will not be in.

Great office but reception older lady with purple or pink glasses seen me standing for 5 minutes didn’t ask me if I needed help so I asked do I check in here or on other side and she said other side she could have communicated instead of allowing me to stand there and having. To ask the question over all everyone else was nice.

I saw the PA and she was great! I arrived at 12:30 as a new patient although my appointment was for 12:45. I was seen early and left before 1:00! The PA was knowledgeable and very clear about how to take the medications. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Very good experience.

Wait was long. Waiting 2 hours or more--then told that Dr. was not available. Protested--only to be told he had just called?! Seen by Nurse Practitioner. "Switch and bait" after proving insured!I
Front office staff: Totally professional. Excellent. Very competent = A+.

I'm 72 year-old retired professional. NP kept calling me by my first name after being told by me to please use an honorific --"Mrs." Sadly, she did it more than once again in front of staff, I corrected her again-- in front of staff!
She was competent. Helpful. Well presented. I was disappointed, I had booked to see doctor, not NP.
My suffering intensified after the second stent placement. She kept overlooking the fact that the nerves involved with my CAD may have had an affect on the possible symptoms and damage. I think beyond her expertise. Kept focusing on established diagnoses. Professional. MRI and therapy referred.

It was easy booking the appointment on Zocdoc. However, once I saw the doctor and scheduled a follow-up (which I will not be going to), amending that appointment has been horrible. I called the office twice, no one picked up. I left two messages and sent an email and I haven't heard back from anyone which is why I'm not following up with this doctor. Very unprofessional impression for this first time patient. Maybe they'll see my review here and know I won't be going to the follow-up appointment.

Dr. Ahmed is very knowledgeable
and made me feel very comfortable and at ease when talking to him. He heard my concerns and asked many questions to help address my issues. He ordered some tests to better diagnose and treat me. I would highly recommend Dr. Ahmed for anyone looking for a neurologist.

i had tried making and appountment on my own for a nuerologist everywhere with no early appointment dates untill i decided to use zocdoc and thankfully i did because i was able to get and early date with the office of doctor omarAmed and his team of specialist my condition was bells parsly and they were able toc onfirm right away what i was suffering from and a rapid response treatment plan with my insurance that a lot of other doctors do not take - i highly recommend them to anyone who is having neuro nerve issues and insurance problems with a lot of facilities that wont take certain isurance - two big thumbs up for making me feel cured thanks guys
