Dr. Zhou was professional, courteous, and charismatic. She is well informed and was available to answer all of my questions.

The office was nice but when I saw the doctor I could tell she was just trying to get in an out. One thing that bothered me was she used her gloved hands to touch the trash can and then proceeded to touch me with those same gloves. But who knows she might be a little bit more mindful with patients that look like her.

I have no problem with the Doctor.
But I just don’t want to be pushed with take medication. Not all medication works for everybody, everyone individual is different, what works for one doesn’t always work for others.

It was my first pap smear and she was so kind and patient with me. I was super nervous but she was calm and gentle. If I felt pain, she immediately stopped and listened and tried to reassure me. I highly recommend.

PA Rosenny Chasin was kind and a great listener. Unlike other physicians I usually see she was very personable. She made me feel comfortable to share everything I needed to and all my concerns. The nurse that took my vitals and did my hearing and sight test was phenomenal. She was so sweet and made my sister and I laugh. The overall appearance of the office was clean, modern and up to date. I would recommend this physician and office to anyone in need. I had a 10/10 experience .
