At first, the office was confused because what they got from ZocDoc was just my name and phone number. So they were unclear on what I was there for or if I was “real.” But they did there due diligence and Danielle at the front was suuuuuuper helpful. I was seen almost instantly and Griselda the medical assistant was very welcoming and helpful. Dr. Tu was also very helpful and explained everything and any next steps. Overall, I’d highly recommend!
