This was supposed to be a VIRTUAL APPOINTMENT and it was scheduled as IN OFFICE. The website claims everything can be accomplished via the appointments but failed to say tgat the FIRST appointments must be in person. A waste of time, as the only doctor available was at least 100 miles away from me. Had to cancel. Extremely disappointed. False advertising.

The facility was really clean and their suite looks really updated. From start to finish, everyone I came into contact with was awesome (the front desk, the NP before the doctor came in, medical student and the doctor herself). Everyone took their time and answered every question thoroughly. It didn't feel rushed. All of my questions and/or concerns were addressed.

It pissed me off because I went there before and seen the same dr. They had no issue with my insurance paying but yet they wanted to sign a form saying I was responsible for 168.00 even though my copay for a specialist is 60. Bucks if it wasn't for the fact I really like this Dr. I would never go back!!!!!!!!

Dr Jones was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. That was my first time going into that facility and it won't be my last. Dr Jones was very knowledgeable about my ankle injury and explained it in detail. I had a great experience and not to mention Dr Jones is handsome.
