Profesional Office and professional medical staff. Since I arrived to facility a lady took care of me. She greeted me and then she asked me insurance and id. Right away a lady called me to ask me questions about my health.; took me blood pressure, temperature, etc. The most time I have to
wait it was about 15 minutes for my doctor.
He explained to me everything about my inguinal hernia. Even he drew pictures on order that I was able to understand more. Great. We agreed to make a surgery to repair my hernia. I'm not sure I I will be able to do it because in October ( my availability) he has only two days available because the doctor will be out.. A team member told me that she was going to see if she can get something for me. I will be waiting for her vis email. I hope to have this procedure soon. I definitely recommend this doctor and the facility in general.

I recently had hernia surgery with Dr. Dhar and highly recommend him and the practice. He was knowledgeable and personable. I was confident going into the surgery that I was in good hands, and the healing has been going according to plan. All of the nurses and staff members in this experience have been very kind and helpful as well.

This was both my first and last visit.
Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience with the reception staff. Upon check-in, my reservation could not be located, which resulted in a significant delay to my appointment. The front desk staff were rude and unapologetic about the situation.
After waiting approximately 90 minutes, I asked for an update on how much longer it would be before I could see Dr. Dhar. I was then told by the receptionist to go into a room and ask the doctor myself. As a first-time patient, I found this request highly unprofessional and inappropriate.
Once I did meet Dr. Dhar, he seemed very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, his lateness and the unprofessional conduct of the staff significantly detracted from the overall experience. I would not recommend.

Start from the front Desk, to Medical Assistant, the Doctor and the last lady spoke to me I would give them 10 stars if I could. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Thank you again for this amazing first time experience.

I thank Dr. Vikrom Dhar, his PA, and all the staff for accommodating me during my visit. Dr. Dhar was attentive and explained to me the Plan Of Care related to Gallbladder cysts and possible surgery.

I have a couple of issues going on and I saw the doctor…and he took the time out to break everything down and draw it so I could have a detailed visual view of what was going on. Highly recommended and I will definitely be going back.

Everything was great except for Zocdoc not informing them of my arrival. They were kind enough to stay later to see me. You should really get your stuff together because it seems this is a common occurrence with you guys. It makes me hesitant to use you again. Your recipe ration was great tho. You just gotta be quicker with getting them the booking information.

I arrived for my scheduled appointment. The office was unaware I had an appointment and refused to see me or accommodate my visit in any way. They said they didn’t know about the confirmed appointment that I booked on Zocdoc and offered me an appointment two days later. The front desk didn’t allow me to speak with a supervisor or the doctor. Waste of time and money.
