The only thing that sucked was going to the doctor’s office thinking I had an appointment but apparently zocdoc didn’t actually book my appointment? The doctor was sooo nice though & made time to see me. He listened, asked me questions & made sure to explain all the tests run on me & why we were doing those tests. Also the nurses were very nice, super helpful & made me feel comfortable. Definitely recommend!

My appointment was at 3pm I sat in the waiting room for an hour without being seen. I had to leave as I did not have time and expected to be seen at least within 15 minutes or provided an explanation. Would not recommend.

The doctor was fantastic! Explained everything every step of the way. He was able to perform all the required tests in the office, so no need to make more appointments and go to other appointments. He was clear in his communication and seemed extremely smart. I would recommend.

I made a confirmed appointment through zocdoc. I drove 1 hour to the office and 1 hour back i spent 1 more hour in the office filling out paperwork. They said they will not honor my zocdoc appointment . The front desk was a nice gentleman said he could not find my appointment. He went to ask the doctor and showed him my appointment the doctor said he would not see me and they offered me an appointment 45 days later. I declined the month and a half wait and left. So 1 hour drive to and from and 1 hour for forms and waiting just to pay 6 bucks for parking. I feel I should have been seen since I had an appointment

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Karim Diab and his entire team. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and helpful, which made the entire appointment feel comfortable.
Dr. Diab was extremely thorough and took the time to listen carefully to my concerns. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what was being discussed rather than rushing through the appointment. I really appreciated how patient and attentive he was, and I felt that my questions and concerns were genuinely taken seriously.
It is clear that Dr. Diab cares about his patients and takes a thoughtful approach to their care. The combination of his professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail, along with the excellent staff and office experience, made this a great visit.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Karim Diab to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and thorough cardiologist. I’m very happy with my experience and grateful for the care I received.

Great experience with Dr. Diab! I came in with overwhelming concerns and he really took the time to listen and respond and explain things clearly without making me feel rushed. He was attentive, informative, and genuinely seemed to care about helping me figure out what was going on.
I also appreciated his recommendations and preventative approach with testing to make sure everything was covered. Highly recommend Dr. Diab to anyone looking for a cardiologist who actually listens and cares.

After about a year of intermittent chest discomfort and an uncertain pericarditis diagnosis from a prior cardiologist, I sought a second opinion from Dr. Hou. Being deep in marathon training, I needed clarity — and he delivered. He was attentive, efficient, and ordered a CCTA rather than guessing. The entire office runs smoothly: Ms. Kwok at the front desk was welcoming, and the MA and NP were both thorough and personable. Walked out with a clear next step in under an hour. Would recommend without hesitation.
