Despite how busy they were, the check-in process was fast and all the staff were very kind and helpful. The office is clean and has a nice waiting area. Dr. Karle was super friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable on my particular issue and immediately provided the solution. Follow-up call came quickly and I'm so grateful my appointment went as smoothly as it did.
