I feel everyone was disorganized, from billing to the actual appointment. I also feel this day is not over will need to fight again about the copay later which i hope not. I feel northwell doctors don't really do much, I could have had my kid just tap me and tell me what I already know. This is why AI is replacing every one. Northwell is getting very disappointing. It's not just this office, so far every office I been to. One thing I would give them here, the wait time was good, usually I have to wait long time, never understood that, when I have to wait one hour and doctor sees me for 5 min if I am lucky. What happens to the other 55 min. Not to mention the wait before the doctor actually comes into the room.

Despite how busy they were, the check-in process was fast and all the staff were very kind and helpful. The office is clean and has a nice waiting area. Dr. Karle was super friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable on my particular issue and immediately provided the solution. Follow-up call came quickly and I'm so grateful my appointment went as smoothly as it did.
