Dr. Kandinov was wonderful. I was seen on time, the office was clean, and the staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Kandinov listened attentively, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. I never felt rushed and felt that all of my concerns were addressed. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an ENT specialist.

It was a surprising pleasant experience. No one looks forward to having a camera the length of their forearm being inserted through each nostril, down into their throat…but numbing solution was spot on, he worked quickly…and I barely felt discomfort! He was thorough and I’m definitely keeping him in the lineup.

Everything with Dr. Kandoniv was professional and quick. The ear is a sensitive area yet he made it super painless. He talks you through everything and makes sure to advise you of any complications prior to doing anything invasive on you. He was very humorous and kind, really lightened the mood. The front staff were very friendly and welcoming. I came late and they still seen me in less than 10 mins of my arrival. Highly suggested office!!
