I booked my appointment on Zocdoc for July 1st, I received a confirmation email. I arrived at my appoint only to be told I was not booked at that office and the doctor is not there on that day. /drove 40 minutes to the other office only to be told that I was not booked for that day.
I was not seen by the doctor nor did the staff try to help me get an appointment for that day.
