This office had no idea I had an appointment. They also could've cared less to make an accommodation being that I made the trip, missed work and I had the confirmation from zoc doc that I had an appt scheduled.

This Doctor is incredibly pleasant and her staff is wonderful as well. I literally checked in, had my appointment and was headed home in less than 45 minutes. Always excellent care and customer service!!!

Dr.Holness was absolutely wonderful! She made me feel so much better about things. She was thorough and knowledgeable and answered all my questions with confidence and expertise. Dr. Holness and her whole office are wonderful. The medical assistant/nurse Pascal (forgive me if I'm misspelling) who took my vitals was really kind and she answered some questions in plain language that helped me understand things I'd asked other doctors about but hadn't fully understood. Dr. Holness spent a lot of time with me and answered a ton of questions for me. When I brought up something she wasn't familiar with, she looked it up in the room and gave me more context about how it relates to my health. I was visiting for OBGYN services, but Dr. Holness' approach was holistic and she asked about all areas of my health and lifestyle. Pascal and Dr. Holness both had attentive and gentle bedside manners that made me feel safe and listened to. Highly recommend!

I was initially very disappointed in the long wait time (close to an hour) and had decided I'd never return. After meeting Dr Murray I changed my mind. She was very apologetic and compassionate. She was very thorough and answered all my questions.

Both Dr. Phillibert and his assistant were fabulous. As a first time patient, he came in first to introduce himself before the exam even started. Who does that anymore? He has a great bedside manner and was very proactive about the follow up I need to address with ordering bloodwork, tests, etc., to get the ball rolling. Very impressed. Highly recommend. Wish I found him years ago.

Ingrid is the absolute best! The most caring and kind medical practitioner I have ever had. She has been my doctor for almost 20 years and I feel so cared for by her. Super appreciative to have found her as my doctor.

When I arrived on time for my appointment at 8:30 a.m., the office was closed. I waited 55 minutes outside with no one showing up. At 9:25, I called again, and the office was still closed.
I am truly disappointed, not only because of the wasted time, but also because this situation reflects a lack of seriousness and respect toward patients.

I had a very disappointing experience with this office. I arrive for my scheduled appointment only to find the door locked. I called several times and no one answered. After waiting and trying to reach them, I had to drive back home without being seen. This was a frustrating waste of my time and show a lack of communication and consideration for patients.
