Excellent experience. Unfortunately the address takes you to the wrong place in Google Maps, but once I got there it was all good. Ample parking in the back, brief wait despite being busy, and Dr Kenan was phenomenal, in bedside manner, communication, patience and knowledge — frankly, just about everything was next level. Highly recommend.

This is my first encounter with this Dr. He was well prepared (reading reports, scans, etc.) prior to entering the room as this was a consult 2 years after a hip replacement. I felt confident that he may get to the root of my problem since he asked many questions about my particular pain as well as testing me physically. The concern and interest in trying to solve my case was deeply appreciated. He's a keeper!

The doctor didn't take my issue or pain seriously. Told me he would prescribe a medication and then never put the order through. I had to call the office several times and wait on hold to get someone to tell me they would "speak to the doctor". Several hours went by before I was contacted by someone asking ME what medicine I was "requesting". I am, of course, unwilling to confirm the name of any medication because I am not a doctor. I have called back several times, only to be told they cannot get in contact with the doctor at all but "someone will call back". Completely unprofessional.

Great Friendly staff. DR Keanan was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me very clearly, I did not need a medical degree to understand my diagnosis. I don't like going to doctors but I felt very comfortable with Dr Kenan.
