This is a large medical office with many different doctors and a main reception. The front desk staff were friendly and nice. It seemed organized considering I booked this appointment on a website. My visit was very basic. The doctor looked at my X-ray that was taken at their site and gave me a diagnosis. There was a PA who came in prior to the doctor. I will know more about the diagnosis once I visit the physical therapist. Otherwise, the appointment provided me what I needed for a last minute visit.

Office visit was smooth. X Ray taken, brief examination by doctor was done. I was sent for MRI. MRI results were posted by Northwell and sent to me by text on Friday. It is Tuesday and I'm waiting for Doctor to report back on next steps. I was told by the office that I would be contacted.
