First time seeing Dr. Shi and she was great. Went to her with a (still potential) broken nose. I very much appreciate that she took the time to hear me out and understand my concerns. The appointment did not feel rushed in the slightest. She also clearly explained the hypothetical next step scenarios. Would recommend.
