Dr John is a very caring and attentive primary care physician. They take the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly. I never feel rushed during my appointments. They make me feel comfortable and respected, and I appreciate how thorough they are when addressing my health issues. The office staff is also friendly and professional. I highly recommend this doctor !

Staff were kind, however because the office is through Northwell, it was extremely difficult to communicate with anyone via phone call. I tried calling to inform that I would arrive a few mins late to the appt & followed up the next 2 days after my appt to inquire about test results / prescription antibiotics. When I finally did get through to a staff member, they were friendly & said the doctor would call me back. Unfortunately he never did & I sought treatment at an urgent care instead. My appt was on a Monday & I went to an UC clinic that Friday. Writing this on a Saturday & still never got a call back from this office…
