My first appointment was June,3 2025, I was notified at the last minute that my appointment was canceled and pushed to June, 10 2025 . I received a call Friday June 6 2025 at 6:11 pm that my appointment was not available and I was not accommodated with no other date or time. I was encouraged to see a pulmonologist do to 2 Asthma attack I had on May 17-22,2025 Now I have to search and wait longer for treatments I need ASAP.

?????????? I had an amazing experience from start to finish! Parking was easy, with spots right in front of the building, and the office was easy to find on the first floor. The facility was spotless, clean, and welcoming. Everyone—from the front desk staff to the medical assistant and doctor—was phenomenal. The medical assistant and doctor were incredibly patient, took the time to listen to all of my concerns, answered every question thoroughly, and never made me feel rushed or dismissed. They explained everything clearly, were very thorough with my care and treatment, and communicated my test results quickly. I truly felt seen, heard, and cared for as a patient. This experience exceeded my expectations, and I would absolutely recommend this practice to anyone. I’d happily return if I ever needed to—although I hope I stay healthy enough not to!
