They didn’t update zocdoc and wouldn’t see me since the doctor wasn’t in when I scheduled it for tht day then proceed to tell me they don’t accept my insurance

I scheduled appointment through Zodoc but they did not have it in their system. I would advise to call and verify appointment date and time before going in. They did see me.

Zocdoc screwed up big time. I arrived at office and they had no information regarding my appointment. Everything was fine once the receptionist granted me an appointment but again this had nothing to do with Zocdoc and they failed at communicating with Drs office
