My appointment was at 3:45pm I got there a 3:35pm wait to be call 15 minutes, when the assistant took me to the room I waited there for 37 minutes and the doctor never show up, I opened the room door and saw the assistant and she told me that he was in a phone call, I told her that I couldn’t wait and I walked off the office

I had an excellent experience at Dr. Cleeman's office. I waited less than one minute to be seen (not exaggerating). I was greeted by a friendly staff member who did an initial and thorough assessment. The x-ray technician took me for several images and escorted me back to the exam room. Dr. Cleeman then did a full examination and shared the results of the x-rays. He explained different treatment options and timeframes. I highly recommend Dr. Cleeman.

Tried to Overcharge me, I complained with billing dept (Elizabeth), she said “its complicated” , after few days I. allied again she gave an attitude , she agree that the invoice is wrong, agreed to send the updated inv with real amount, but I received the invoice with the same invoice (4 times). Called again she gave an attitude and said she does. or know why the amount the old appears. Never again.

This office is BUSY, but the staff is really friendly and organized. I was seen right away. Dr. Cleeman was confident and quick, and I left feeling like I was on the right treatment plan. He was not particularly kind or patient with me, however. It seemed like he'd seen a bunch of other patients with very similar injuries to mine, and he was ready to diagnose and move on.

As if it wasn’t great enough that Dr. Cleeman is efficient, thoughtful and a great doctor, his staff is fantastic, too. There is never wait, and folks are friendly and helpful.
I’ve been seeing him for a couple of years based on a referral from my GI, and I couldn’t be more pleased with my multiple appointments with him over that time for a tear in my hip and an arthritis knee. Bonus points for Spear PT being in the same space for ease.
