My appointment was at 3:45pm I got there a 3:35pm wait to be call 15 minutes, when the assistant took me to the room I waited there for 37 minutes and the doctor never show up, I opened the room door and saw the assistant and she told me that he was in a phone call, I told her that I couldn’t wait and I walked off the office

I am very pleased with my visit. I was seen on time. Dr. Cleeman was very knowledgeable, thorough and answered all my questions. The physician assistant, the x-ray technician, and the front desk were also very nice, professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend this practice.

I had an excellent experience at Dr. Cleeman's office. I waited less than one minute to be seen (not exaggerating). I was greeted by a friendly staff member who did an initial and thorough assessment. The x-ray technician took me for several images and escorted me back to the exam room. Dr. Cleeman then did a full examination and shared the results of the x-rays. He explained different treatment options and timeframes. I highly recommend Dr. Cleeman.

I would never go back to a practice which doesn't pay ZocDoc. They leverage the appointment feature but never connect it to their office software. Nobody was expecting me, but Zocdoc was sending me reminders of my appointment.
The office manager was particularly rude after I asked to be compensated for my Uber rides. She lost her mind and was completely out of line. She wanted me to book another appointment. lol

Dr. Gao was super busy the day I had my appointment, but he didn't rush through the consult, or answering questions. He took time to explain my diagnosis and treatment plan, and get me set up with everything I needed. The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. All the communication was great.

Very efficient and thoughtful care.
The office space is new and well run, seen within 20 minutes of my appointment time.
Dr. Gao was extremely knowledgeable and more thorough than other surgeons I had consulted with prior. He took my concerns seriously and followed up personally after my procedure.
His office manager also made scheduling easy, including accommodating an early follow-up before my workday.
