I booked this last week, and the appointment was confirmed on Friday. I was supposed to be seen at 10AM today (Tuesday). At 9:30AM, I received a call from their office, but I missed it for a seond. They left a message saying they had to cancel and to call back immediately, as they were working on rescheduling somewhere else. I called back right away and spoke to someone who was completely unaware. I stayed on the phone for 15min, and she finally told me to go to the appointment since nothing was in the system. She also said she would leave a note for the manager.
After re-listening to the voicemail, which clearly stated the appointment was canceled, I called again. A different operator (very nice, indeed) told me not to go if I was told it was canceled. He tried reaching the office but got no response.
5 hours later, the morning caller reached out, claiming that if I had called back earlier, she could have rescheduled for me int he other place.
Wasted so much time. Really poor exp.

I waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes. I then was led to an examination room. A very nice assistant then came in to ask me what my issues were, which I explained. She then said, someone will come ‘ in a few minutes to take you for X-rays’.
25 minutes later, I went into the hallway, and was told, ‘ we didn’t forget about you ‘ as X-rays still hadn’t been done.
Another 15 minutes goes by and still no one comes in to take me for X-rays.
I had been in the office for 90 minutes- with no x-rays or exam by the doctor. I then walked out of the exam room and told the receptionist, I had to get back to work as I had been in the office for a total of 90 minutes and no one saw me!!!
Obviously, I can’t opine on quality of care, and can only say, this office does not respect your time as clearly they didn’t care that I was there for 90 minutes with no one even coming in the room to give me updates! I would avoid this place if your time means something to you.

When I first arrived, the front desk, staff, and X-ray office all seemed disorganized and unsure of the process.
When I finally saw Dr. Bottrell, the appointment felt rushed, many of my questions were not answered, and I was not given much information. I am now waiting for a call back to complete the appointment.
