Northwest Dermatology Group, PC, is one of the most successful and trusted dermatological practices in Southeastern Michigan. For more than 50 years, Northwest Dermatology has provided expert care in diseases associated with the skin, hair and nails. Our providers are board certified, highly skilled, and dedicated. They treat a wide variety of skin conditions including acne, eczema, hair loss, vitiligo, and psoriasis, as well as more serious conditions such as skin cancer and autoimmune disease. Our treatments are based on the most up-to-date scientific evidence and they are tailored to meet each individual’s needs. Patients in our practice range in age from newborn to elderly, with various skin types and ethnicities. Upon arrival I was quickly greeted with a friendly smile and upbeat personality which was especially nice because it was 7:30am and many of us are not morning people. The waiting area was clean and adhered to Covid-19 guidelines. The paperwork was minimal and easy to complete. I was taken back to the exam room almost immediately. Maria was through when taking my health history and was great explaining what to expect from my visit. This made me very comfortable and prepared for my exam. My exam and treatment were very thorough. I felt listened to and respected by all staff, especially Dr. Brothers. I would highly recommend them for all your dermatology needs...including Botox! ??

Okay - I’ve yet to write a review for a derm “issue”, but honest to god it was so, good. The front office staff were fantastic, and my doctor was such a pro and informative yet made me feel so at ease. If you live in the Detroit area, I highly, highly recommend.

As a first time patient, I had a great experience. I had been with my previous dermatologist for 15 years so finding a new dermatologist was something I had not been looking forward to. I decided to give Dr. Brothers a try after reading many positive reviews and I'm so glad I did. He is very personable and really took his time trying to understand my issue and explaining in detail a treatment plan.
I left with confidence in the course of action prescribed and I look forward to seeing the results. I made a follow-up appointment already and I looking forward to working with Dr. Brothers.

I feel as though my visits have all been great with Dr. Brothers. He really worked at relieving my issues with eczema. I have to admit it hasn't been easy but he never gave up on me. I hope this last remedy he has is it but if not, then I'll keep going back. At least he cares enough to keep trying.
