Within the first 5 minutes of my appt with Dr. Le, I was confident in his expertise & competence. He preformed a meticulous exam & evaluation, & devised an operational & strategic plan of approach to aid in immediate less pain & proper restoration of my ankle & foot. His delivery was logical & efficient along with an exceptional bedside manner. He managed to be both incredibly knowledgeable & engaging; a rare find in my experiences. He was the first Dr. to look outside the box beyond the initial reason for my appt. His MA was so nice and efficient! Both of the ladies at check-in/out are the apotheosis of patient experience & were the highlight of my visit! They made me & my dad feel as though we were all old friends! They were an incredible first encounter & valuable assets, displaying the core value of patient centric care! They constituted a memorable & positive experience! Will I continue to drive over an hour for my appointments, absolutely!

I have always liked Dr. Le. I didn’t care much for his office staff/receptionist in the past but they have new ones and they were very wonderful. He always knows exactly what to do with my toes. I always get good results and I trust him completely. I would not go to anybody else. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced as well as kind and a good listener.

Dr. Le and his office staff were friendly, communicative, and helpful. The office, wait area, and patient room were clean. Dr. Le was effective in helping me out assessing and providing recommendations regarding my issue, treating it, and providing useful education. He was warm and professional. Dr. Le was very thorough. He listened to my entire story to help piece together the heart of the issue; he acknowledged what I have already done with my self-diagnosis (good and bad!); he explained next steps, avoiding surgery and pain. My situation was unique and he didn't judge or tell me I had to do things differently, he created a treatment plan around my timeline. I wish I were around for a follow up appointment.

Dr. Le and office staff were friendly, courteous and professional. Dr. Le made me feel much better during our visit.He was generous with his time and was an excellent listener.
I do need to point out that I am UNLIKELY to ever revisit this provider if I have to go through "Zocdoc" again. I felt as if I was being assaulted by an enormous leech as the Zocdoc app tried to pry every scrap of medical information out of my hands as it made every effort to squeeze business out of my body.
...and no, this was in no manner or means some excusable maneuver to help provide me with 'excellent medical care'. This was a shameless attack on every shred of personal medical information, getting my approval to share it with your business partners. I will have no part of this and it embarasses me as a physician to be subjected to this shameless hijack of my protected medical information by another member of the medical profession.
The process of going through your app was disgusting.

Came in to the Cornell location for a toenail issue but was also able to address drop foot from MS and foot turning inward. Wait time was less than 5 minutes. Office staff were all friendly and fantastic! As I brought up the question about the foot issue during my visit, I was expecting to have to make an additional appointment, however it was just worked in without question - x-rays were even taken and looked over. Dr. Le was a great listener and clear communicator; very understanding of not only what I needed but also what I wanted giving me the option of an insert over an AFO - which I hadn’t been given before. Highly recommend seeking care here.
