I had an great experience at Northwest Dental! I did run into a snapfoo with my insurance. However, Andres was diligent and patient in getting the situation addressed in a timely fashion. The staff and providers were very open and friendly.

The entire team goes above and beyond to make every visit smooth and stress-free. Andres was instrumental in helping me navigate the often-confusing world of dental insurance — he made the whole process easy and understandable. Lina, the dental assistant, was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind, making me feel completely comfortable throughout my appointment. And of course, Dr. Samra Ali is an exceptionally talented and caring practitioner. Her expertise and genuine compassion are evident in everything she does. I couldn’t ask for a better dentist or dental team. I give Northwest Family Dental my absolute highest recommendation!
