Honestly, words are not enough to convey how life transformative counseling with Alvaro is! He has been a saving Grace sent by God for me and my family. When I met him I was suffering tremendously. His unbelievable insight, powered by The Holy Spirit has been nothing short of a miracle. I have been completely delivered from diagnosed mental illness, thanks to Alvaro’s deep wisdom of God’s healing power, his genuine care for me and his wonderful sense of humor that can heal even the most pained soul. Beautiful office surroundings. It’s a rare appointment that is healing rather than stressful. Ample Parking is directly in front of his office. Alvaro has been instrumental in helping me work through anxiety and other issues. He doesn't just try to treat the symptoms, but works with you to find and address the root of the problem. He not only listens, but provides thoughtful insight. When I'm spinning out and nothing can reach me, it is helpful to hear that voice of reason that cuts through the noise. I also appreciate that there's an option to talk about my spirituality during sessions. Finally, he gives you homework to do between sessions such as things to write about or questions to ponder. This ensures that you're working on yourself outside of therapy sessions as well.
