Northwind Holistic Psychiatry

Northwind Holistic Psychiatry provides compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care with a whole-person focus. We look beyond symptoms to understand how sleep, stress, physical health, relationships, daily habits, and life experiences may affect mental well-being. Our services include comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and practical strategies that support meaningful, lasting improvement. We commonly treat anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, bipolar disorder, trauma-related conditions, sleep concerns, caregiver stress, burnout, and women’s mental health concerns, including PMDD and perinatal mental health. Treatment is collaborative and personalized. We prioritize careful assessment, clear education, thoughtful prescribing, and shared decision-making so patients feel informed and actively involved in their care. When appropriate, we also coordinate with therapists, primary care clinicians, and other members of the treatment team. Northwind Holistic Psychiatry serves patients in Colorado and Minnesota through secure telehealth appointments, with in-person visits available at our Colorado Springs office in the Briargate area. We accept many major commercial insurance and Medicaid plans in both states. As our Colorado Springs services expand, future treatment options are expected to include Spravato® (esketamine) for eligible patients with treatment-resistant depression. Our goal is to provide accessible, respectful care that helps patients feel heard, supported, and equipped to make meaningful progress.
